I can not help but smile as I write this letter because 16 short years ago this company existed only as a dream. It was a thought in my mind and something I believed in. As a company we have come a long way in those 16 years. We currently operate and maintain the largest semi-public pools in Montgomery and Frederick County, we employ over 450 professionals, and have a management staff second to none. And although we have grown as a company, we have not forgotten the hard work and personalized service that has brought us to this point.Our goal as a company has always been and will always remain focused on high quality performance and customer service as the cornerstones of this operation. Because of our regional focus, I am able to personally visit every pool we oversee. I am able to be at the forefront of every step of the management and repair process, to make sure that whatever work is being done, is carried out with excellence. My goal is to understand the specific needs of each client and I work hard to fulfill the expectations placed upon me. I take care of your pool so you can focus on the demanding needs of your community. I would also like to emphasize that the credit for this operation is only part due to me. I firmly believe that this company could not run without the caring and dedicated professionals who make up RSV Pools. It is our corporate belief that our guards should leave this company as better individuals and more caring citizens then when they initially joined our team. I personally take great pride in our guards and in their abilities. This entire operation has been an absolute joy to conceive and execute, filled completely with thrilling and memorable experiences. RSV Pools began 16 years ago as a small "start up" company with larger than life dreams, and has since been transformed into an industry leader, able to handle the largest of jobs, but still cemented in the belief that personalized service comes first.
