Lifeguard and CPR Classes

Lifeguard and CPR classes

Students must be at least 15 years old.

Swim 500 yards continuously using these strokes:
    200 yds freestyle
    100 yds breaststroke
    200 yds mixing freestyle and breaststroke

Swim 20 yards freestyle or breaststroke, dive to 7-10 feet, retrieve a 10-pound object, return to the surface and swim 20 yards back to the start

Tread water for 2 minutes without using arms or hands
